TO RETURN for store credit/EXCHANGE:

We ship from the US. Please note there are increased delays in shipping due to the COVID-19 health crisis. Please allow time for our team to prepare and ship your items safely.
For domestic orders, we ship via USPS unless otherwise noted. Please confirm that your address is a viable USPS address in advance of your purchase. If you confirm that your address does not accept USPS, please email email@example.com so we can ship using another carrier. If you enter a non-viable USPS shipping address, Polkadot England is not responsible for lost packages.
For international orders, we ship via UPS, DHL or FedEx; exact method determined at the time of shipping. Customers outside of USA are responsible for any local taxes/duties upon delivery. There are no returns or exchanges for international orders. Orders shipped outside the US, are final sale.

In the event that you don't, we offer store credit in exchange for your return within 21 days of fulfillment, for domestic orders ONLY. Polkadot England does not cover shipping for exchanges.
Items must be returned in original, folded condition.

For international orders outside the US:
International orders outside the US are final sale. Polkadot England does not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
All items noted as “sale” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
